Old Turquoise & Aboriginal Trochus Shell Necklace

This old Tibetan turquoise bead is artfully displayed as a pendant on this strand of iridescent green trochus shells. Originally found on the shores of Tasmania, Australia where they were collected and worn by local aboriginals. A splendid combination with 22kt gold detailing, snake clasp and star. Sitting just below collar bone at 48cm.
