Ancient Lapis Lazuli & Keshi Pearl Necklace

These fabulous lapis lazuli beads hail from the ancient lands of Mesopotamia, quite likely dating as far back as 2600BC. The local people would trade for this amazing stone and fashion beads for all manner of adornment. The intense blue of these particular beads make for an exceptional pendant on a strand of silvery Japanese akoya keshi pearls. All detailing and pendant are in 22kt gold with Lisa Black signature serpent and star. Overall necklace length is 49cm and pendant 5cm.
