PNG Conus Shell & Tortoise Earrings

These unique and whimsical earrings are created with aged conus shell and tortoise ring items from Papua New Guinea.  Rings of strong and organic material were widely collected, traded and used generally in personal adornment, throughout Island culture.  The dark translucent tortoise with the luminescent white of the shell and akoya pearl make for a handsome contrast in these stylish earrings!
